That's definitely a lot more than just dancing
All of my Just Dance works are all part of one series, Bard In Red. It's a kin memoir. I will not be taking questions at this time.
The series is technically centered on Jack Rose, one of the main chacaters. However, since plenty of things happen without him, there's plenty of books and storylines that don't revolve around Jack himself. It jumps back and forth in time a bit, as other coaches and stories become relevant to Jack's life. I don't follow all the lore that Just Dance establishes canonically, but the main Story Mode is largely the same. I also expand on a lot of things that canon hasn't gone into yet, such as other variants of Flow (Dark Flow being but one variant) and a lot of theology. It's definitely not as PG as Just Dance is. Call me edgy, but kin memories be like that sometimes.
This is the project that gets most of my actual time at the moment, with Three Musketeers/Black And Blue in the background.

Streets Like A Jungle
The series opens with Jack, long before he's Jack Rose, moving into Swan Tower with Leda Nox. After spending his whole life on the road with his Mama, he's got a permanent place to stay. Jack thinks his life is about to go back to normal, as his mother has grown a lot more overbearing in recent years due to an "incident" in Dancity. Within months, though, the opposite proves to be the case.
For one reason or another, Mama has never encouraged Jack to make friends with kids his age. He's nearly fifteen, and he's quite stunted socially. But a couple of eccentric kids his age, Blake and Ryder, end up befriending him behind his mother's back. TYhey introduce him to their own friends in Eternyx, and suddenly, jack has a social circle for the first time in his life. Slowly, Jack starts doing other things behind Mama's back. Sneaking out of the house, using a phone lent to him by Ryder, and eavesdropping on some of Mama's private conversations with Cygnus and Vester DeVille. That last bit is how he learns of a kidnapping his mother took part in, for unknown reasons related to a clock-tower in Cygnus (the city). He makes the connection, but balks at telling anyone for multiple reasons. Partially because he's terrified of his mother, and partially because he doesn't want to believe that his mother would kidnap people.
Things escalate when Jack realizes that the staff in Swan Tower are all possessed by Mama. They get worse when Mama takes a couple apprentices, Scarlett and Felicia. Aspiring witches, they were both swayed into joining Night Swan by her long-time friend, Lilith. Jack eventually does come forward to his friends about Mama's actions, but it ends badly. However, some of Night Swan's secrets are out, and Jack's angry teenage friends won't forget what she's done anytime soon.
